The resort was situated in a serene location that allowed you to be close to nature. the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, offering a picturesque view. the staff was friendly and provided good service, with an interesting breakfast selection.
Some of the facilities were underwhelming, as the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly with mold present, and toiletries were not provided. some guests complained about a lack of hot water and a difficult checkout process.

I had an amazing stay surrounded by nature, with a amazing view from the room. The room was spacious and equipped with modern comforts. The setting at Santhi Hill View Resort was fine, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering a amazing view from my room. The spacious room was well-equipped and provided the utmost comfort. I was really surprised by the interesting and tasty breakfast options offered. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as difficulties with road conditions and a lack of cleanliness in the chalets, I still had a nice stay.
